Highly accommodating terms of cancellation
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival, at no cost!
In general
We will take the utmost care over cleaning and sanitising all the areas.
Pure, fresh natural air. Even greater importance will be placed on good ventilation of all the rooms.
Disinfectants will be made available in all areas of our hotel.
Check-in
To make it quicker and easier for you to check in, we offer the possibility of a Pre Check-in before your
arrival. We will otherwise scan your document at reception.
The cards for accessing your room will be duly disinfected before each check-in and after each check-out.
We will provide your information material on request and in person, to avoid it coming in contact with
anyone else.
Check-out
The day before your departure, on request you will receive your invoice in digital format. In this way, you can check it
at your leisure and check out the day before without hassle or delay.
Your room
The rooms will be cleaned, disinfected and ventilated with the greatest care.
After each departure, we will sanitise the room with a special ozone device.
Service
Enjoy the space. We have a lot of space indoor and outdoor.
Your palate hasn't been put into quarantine! Our chefs will continue to treat you to the most delicious food, while respecting all the hygiene requirements.
Breakfast and our selection of salads and antipasti will be served on buffet and upon request we will serve everything you desire straight to your table.
On the buffet you have to wear mask.
We are happy to offer room service on request (for a fee).
To guarantee your safety, the tables in the dining room will be kept 1 metres apart.
All surfaces and objects will be cleaned and disinfected with care.
Wellness
You are free to use our outdoor pool, covered pool and relaxation area.
Saunas are usable keeping all safety measures. The fitnessroom is usable with reservation. Detailled informations from the Reception.
Our Spa staff are highly experienced and will continue to work with the utmost care. All Spa treatments will remain available as always.
Our guests will be given face masks for use during the treatments. Our staff will also, of course, wear a face mask and gloves.
All the tools and instruments will be cleaned and disinfected after each treatment.
Programme of activities
You can still take part in our programme of outdoor activities and discover the many beautiful facets of nature. We offer accompained excursions and bike tours.

In all public spaces it's duty to wear a mask.

Like usual we try to satisfied all your wishes.
