Local delicaciesMarende is the secret favorite meal of the day for most South Tyroleans. This is because – although it’s only considered a snack – it includes the best specialties from our region. Zesty speck from our butcher in Olang is served with crisp dark bread from our regional bakery along with fresh cheese and milk from Val Pusteria. Crunchy vegetables and pickled delicacies complete the Marende experience.

For your sweet toothIf you’re on the sweet side, you’ll love this: We often serve homemade sweet dishes such as fruity cakes or sweet strudels for Marende. There is also fresh fruit from our region, as well as coffee and tea, of course. Sounds good? Don’t miss our Marende! Every day between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
