At Leitlhof, personal customer service is our top priority. Our experienced team will be delighted to help you at all times. All of us have our roots or our home here in the area. We’ll be happy to tell you our favorite hiking or biking routes and share our favorite downhill skiing routes with you. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. If you decide to come by car, you’re welcome to park your vehicle in our hotel garage directly at Leitlhof. You can leave it there during your entire stay. As a carbon-neutral hotel, we offer free shuttle rides to the center of the village as well as to the Haunold and Helm ski areas.

Would you like to bring your pet on your vacation? No problem: Your dog will be welcome to stay with you at Leitlhof. We charge € 20 per day per dog. This does not include pet food. Please note that your pooch will not be allowed to enter our spa. If you wish to dine with your dog, you are welcome to eat at the tables in an extra area.
You’ll find plenty of wonderful areas to walk, hike or play with your dog near San Candido. There is also a dog toilet right by Leitlhof.

Our spa & wellness area offers relaxation and rejuvenation every day. It consists of a beauty spa, a panoramic pool, a heated outdoor pool, a gym, and all Highlights from our new Spa. We offer a steam bath, finnish sauna, swiss pine sauna, bio sauna, hot tub and an Onsen pool.
Our sauna area is open every day from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. Four times per week, there are traditional sauna “pouring” rituals: a relaxation ritual at 5:00 pm and a vitality ritual at 6:00 pm.
